1. Desi ghee is bad and olive oil is better, olive oil is good it has low saturated fats and blaa but the properties and the goodness that Ayurveda has written about the properties of desi ghee are just enormous. Just make sure to see the quantity, rest never eliminate from your diet.
2. Many people who are on their way of losing weight or muscle gain dont have an idea about that water is the best pill/supplement when it comes to any other body functioning change that you have to make. So hydration is a must. Water is life.
3..Dont eat anything which comes after some processing, try to go for refined and whole foods rather than processed items.

Eliminating carbohydrates from your diet, yes you will lose water weight because 1 gm of carb hold about 3 gm of water in the body so if you eliminate t for some months you will see the weight loss and u will be happy. Now, what can you sustain it for your lifetime? Answer it yourself honestly? 95% or about 100% would you say that no, then why to indulge in such an eating pattern which will help you lose weight but can't be sustained for a lifetime which will eventually turn out to be again an increase in your weight after you go back. Thus it is important to choose the right type and correct eating diet pattern according to your body which you can sustain for a longer time.
5. Not knowing what are you eating, when you are on a healthy lifestyle journey make sure you check the label of everything that you put in or mouth to get an idea of about what you are eating and what is going in your body.
Your stomach is just like your mind, if you feed it with baseless nutrition fewer things like maida sugar, it will be deeply affected by it, so try to make some of the meaningful changes in your diet which provide you some nutrients rather than baseless calories.
