More than 2 lakhs of bogus Aadhar cards were cancelled. More than 3.46 lakhs bogus shell companies have been derecognized and 3.09 lakhs directors associated with these entities have been disqualified. GST was introduced to prevent the Pakistan money coming into the hands of Hurriyat. More than 30 million (30,000,000) fake LPG connections have been cancelled. According to DCP Crime, Delhi Police Shri Vikram Singh, 1,95,000 fake children, who were getting scholarships from the Madrasas, their name were cancelled. So all the black market thieves have filed, according to Vikram Singh, a petition in the Supreme Court that their fundamental rights were violated through Aadhar Card. Congress supported them. Because of linking of Aadhar card to these, many frauds were stopped by Modi government. Likewise, 40,000 fake NGOs were closed. By e-tendering process, contractors became angry. Introduction of GST has angered the merchants as they are now come under automatic payment system! All these have eliminated black money to some extent, which is not appreciated and not highlighted in the media. The lazy government officials have become angry because they had to work on time and as per timings.

Nearly three crore fake and duplicate ration cards have been cancelled during the three years of the NDA government. This also saved the country Rs 17,000 crore every year during this period, he added. Linking the ration card to the holder's Aadhar number had allowed the government to clean up the system, CR Chaudhary, Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food And Public Distribution said. He was speaking at the 21st National Conference on e-Governance.

"Out of 23 crore ration cards in the country, 82 per cent (19 crore) are linked with Aadhar. We have removed 2.95 crore fake or duplicate ration cards in the country in the past three years which has resulted in a saving of Rs 17,000 crore annually. It has ensured that food grains are being delivered to the rightful person," he said. As per the latest report, (Jan 16, 2019) the government has saved Rs. 90, 000 crores by weeding out 60 million fake ration cards

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) said it struck off around 2.24 lakh companies for remaining inactive for a period of two years or more. Several of these companies are suspected to be shell companies and restrictions have been imposed on the operation of their bank accounts and sale of movable and immovable properties until they are restored. The decision was taken based on data received from 54 banks post demonetization.

A preliminary examination of 58,000 accounts involving 35,000 companies has revealed that over Rs 17,000 crore was deposited and withdrawn post demonetization, the release said. Demonetization was a Central Government order passed on 8 November, 2016, which had invalidated all old notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000.

The Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana started in 2014 “when banking was just a prerogative of a small section of society, with almost 42 percent of India being excluded from it." said Jaitley while delivering the keynote address at the Conclave on Financial Inclusion organized by the United Nations in India.

But in 2018 Jaitley said 34 crore new accounts have been opened under this scheme since 2014, with a deposit of Rs. 84 crores, with the number of rural-urban women beneficiaries touching 17.6 crores. Zero balance accounts under PM Jan Dhan Yojana have come down to 20 per cent from 77 per cent in the past 3 years, he added.

However, volunteers took up a door-to-door approach of encouraging rural dwellers to open bank accounts, explaining additional incentives like the availability of a RuPay card, insurance benefits and more. Now 26 crore people have availed the RuPay Cards.

The Centre's Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana has also assisted 20 crore people under the scheme by providing small loans and financing small businesses. "Over a 100 million people have been included in this scheme so far, whereby by paying a premium of Rs.1 per month, these beneficiaries can avail accident insurance worth Rs. 2 lakh. Upon paying a slightly higher premium, beneficiaries can avail full time death insurance as well," said Jaitley.

The Haj Subsidy has been withdrawn as per Supreme Court order of 2012. By withdrawing subsidies for Haj pilgrimage, the Modi Government has taken a very gusty decision and sent a message that it desires to be even-handed while dealing with religious and social groups.

The Narendra Modi Government’s decision to withdraw the subsidy given to Haj pilgrims is the first major initiative to reverse a policy which reeked of pseudo-secularism and minority appeasement. Although most major political parties have been voted to power at the Centre over the last seven decades, no party or coalition of parties had the courage to touch this issue, lest it be seen as hurting Muslim sentiment.

The Modi Government, however, decided to bite the bullet, especially after a Supreme Court verdict of 2012, which directed the Government to end the practice in 10 years. The court’s judgment has given the Government the moral and legal right to take this step and as per the apex court’s directive, Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi announced that the money spent on Haj subsidy would be utilized for social welfare. These funds will be used for education and other welfare measures for Muslim women and girls.

More than 18 lakhs of villages have been electrified in a record time.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) under the ministry of petroleum & natural gas on May 1, 2016, from Uttar Pradesh’s Ballia district. The Rs 8,000 crore scheme aims to provide LPG connections free of cost to 5 crore below poverty line (BPL) households. For 2016-17, the target was set at 1.5 crore households, which the ministry achieved in just nine months, and it has been able to cover 2 crore households by the end of calendar year 2016.

The rapid progress of the PMUY has raised the percentage of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe house holds with LPG connections to 37% of the total LPG coverage in the country. The same has risen to 13% for minorities. Priority is given to states where LPG penetration is below the national average, such as Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.

Ujjwala independently addresses women, mainly from the economically weaker sections, as it must contribute towards making the lives of women and children easier and healthier, so that they don’t spend time collecting firewood and other unhealthy items.

An oil ministry statement said that, in FY17, the three fuel retailers—Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum—issued a total of 3.75 crore new LPG connections, the highest number given in any year, including connections under the PMUY scheme. As a result, the LPG coverage in the country jumped to 72.8%, with 19.88 crore active consumers, as on April 1, 2017. 5 crore people have got free gas connections. Apart from the successes, there are multiple challenges too, such as inadequacy of authenticated data on BPL population and identification of poor households, in transferring subsidies as it may involve leakages.

The Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY) was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi with an aim to provide 24×7 uninterrupted electricity supply to each rural household across the country by 2022. India has jumped 73 spots to be ranked 26th in World Bank’s Electricity accessibility list. The country was ranked 99th in 2014. Out of the 18,452 villages, which lacked electricity, over 18,000 villages have been provided access to electricity. According to Centre for Digital Financial Inclusion (CDFI), that uses technology for financial inclusion, says that the government has transferred over Rs. 1600 crore to eligible mothers under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana.

The Delhi-Meerut expressway was commissioned in just 500 days! Likewise, 9.15 km long Dhola - Sadiya Bridge, named after Assam singer Bhupen Hazarika has brought a great relief to the people of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, as these two states are now connected. This bridge reduces the cost and time of travel time by 7 to 8 hours and will open new doors to economic development making the NE region as a top economically developed region. Expressway in Gurugram, which was recently inaugurated by the Prime Minister Modi, is expected to relieve the traffic congestion of the National Capital region (NCR). This is because this Expressway links the National Highways number 1, 10, 8 and 2 running through the districts of Sonepat, Jjajjar, Gurugram, Mewat and Palwal. Likewise, the Prime Minister Modi also inaugurated the Eastern Peripheral Expressway or the Kundli-Ghaziabad-Palwal (KGP) Expressway in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh.

AS regards, inland waterways massive work has been done and India is set for a revolution. Recently, the Prime Minister Modi received a container vessel in Varanasi on the river Ganga at the newly developed multi-modal terminal. This is the first time that an inland vessel belonging to Pepsico, named MV Rabindra Nath Tagore, is transporting its 16 containers, which is equivalent to 16 truckloads of food and beverages through river Ganga from Kolkata to Varanasi. This is the first time after Independence that a container vessel is being moved using an inland vessel.

Vande Bharath Express Train

The inaugural trip of India’s first semi-high speed train, Vande Bharat Express, was flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the New Delhi railway station on Friday.

The train, named ‘Train 18’ at the concept stage, is a plush 16-coach, air-conditioned, self-propelled train set and doesn’t have a locomotive.

The express will ply between Delhi and Varanasi, with halts only at Kanpur and Allahabad. It will complete the 780-km journey in eight hours, reducing 180 minutes from the current travel time of 11-and-a-half hours. This is India’s fastest train to date, capable of commercial speeds up to 160 km per hour. On the Delhi-Varanasi route, however, its top speed would be restricted to 130 km per hour. The train will start commercial operations on this route on February 17. The tickets for that date are already sold out.

Big crowd

A big crowd had gathered to witness the launch of this train in Delhi, greeting its flagging-off with excited chants of ‘Vande Mataram’. Many onlookers tried to take selfies with the gleaming blue-and-white train and even tried to touch it. Cell phone-wielding crowds and selfie-mania greeted the train at both Kanpur and Prayagraj (Allahabad).

The express will have two travel classes: executive and chair car, similar to the Shatabdi. From Delhi to Varanasi, an air-conditioned chair car ticket will cost ₹ 1,760, while the executive class fare will be ₹3,310. In the return direction, the chair car and executive class tickets will cost ₹ 1,700 and ₹ 3,260 respectively. The fares includes catering charges.

Keeping with the Railways’ stated aim of offering a “totally new travel experience” to passengers, the train’s interiors have the look and feel of a commercial airplane.

PM Modi inaugurates Asia's second longest rail-road bridge in Assam; will cut travel time to Arunachal.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday inaugurated India's longest rail-cum-road bridge in Assam. Apart from facilitating railways and road transport, this 4.94-km bridge is also a strategically important project over the mighty Brahmaputra at Bogibeel. The Bogibeel Bridge, which was a part of the Assam Accord and sanctioned in 1997-98, will also play a crucial role in defense movement along the India-China border in Arunachal Pradesh.

The foundation stone of the project was laid by former PM HD Deve Gowda on January 22, 1997, while work commenced on April 21, 2002 under the Atal Bihari Vajpayee-led government. December 25 happens to be Vajpayee's birth anniversary. Because of the inordinate delay in implementation, the cost of the project escalated by 85 per cent to Rs 5,960 crore from the sanctioned estimated cost of Rs 3,230.02 crore. The total length of the bridge was also revised to 4.94 km from the earlier 4.31 km.

This year the IT Department has unearthed unaccounted money worth Rs. 10,767 crores. Last year Rs. 9051 crores were unearthed. During 2017–2018, 65 lakhs students have benefitted by getting Rs. 1990 crores of scholarships. Digital payments have increased from Rs. 91.83 crores in Nov 2016 to Rs. 2063.79 crores in April 2017 to March 2018. In the matter of women health initiatives, there is a 22% decline in maternal mortality, while 80 lakhs of women are immunized. Madhepura railway engine warehouse built India’s fastest rail engine, by which 10, 000 got employment.

Companies like Nokia, Samsung and LG are now making their products in India. Recently, Samsung has opened a mobile manufacturing unit, the biggest in the world, with an initial investment of Rs. 5000 crores and this is expected to provide employment to 70,000 people. 1.86 lakhs of bullet-proof jackets were supplied to our jawans on the Pakistan border. Here, thousands got employment. Xiomi is to start 3 new warehouses in India as a result of which 50,000 are getting employment. 110 advanced technique jets are to be made in India, through which 15,000 are getting employment. Union Minister of State for Finance Shiv Pratap Shukla has stated that the NE region has witnessed over 18% growth in direct tax collections at Rs. 7097 crores in 2017–18, which means to that extent the black money is eliminated. In GDP India has left China behind and shown 7.7% growth in the 4th quarter. Because of the implantation of GST and e-way bill becoming a reality, the truck drivers are heaving a sigh of relief from all the hassles they had to face at the toll gates, as thing have become easy for them as it saves a lot of time at the toll gates.

There is no corruption at the Top Central Minister level. The Ease of doing business, as per the figures released by the World Bank, has come down from 142 to 77 on the index, within 4 years. This is a remarkable achievement of MODI GOVERNMENT.

Modi has brought a 10% quota reservation bill for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) people in India. This provides reservation in school and college admissions and jobs for poor people irrespective of caste considerations. This bill has been passed today (08.01.2019) by 326 votes in favour of the bill in the Lok sabha and will go to Rajya Sabha tomorrow (09.01.2019). The most surprising fact is that both Congress and the TMC have supported this bill, grudgingly.

The numbers put to rest one of the big mysteries surrounding the demonetization exercise, which, according to some analysts, was one of the reasons behind the Bharatiya Janata Party’s landslide win in this year’s elections in Uttar Pradesh.

It must also be remembered that this exercise became a failure because many politicians secretly exchanged crores of old notes, as per the messages received by me in Facebook as well as in my What’s app, at the bank by paying handsome commissions to the Branch Managers, while common man was standing in the queue for hours together! There were also some rumours afloat on this. Further many companies paid 10 to 12 months advance salaries to their permanent employees, thus shifting the burden of exchanging old notes to their employees! In petrol bunks also exchanging business for commission was going on unabated. When a PM announces a scheme which is intended to eliminate black money, our people do not cooperate and act against it!

The Dhanushkodi Railway line which was washed away during 1964 sea storm has been approved for reconstruction. This 18 km track stretches from Rameshwaram to Dhanushkodi, which is where the Ram’s Bridge or Ram Sethu begins with its other end in Sri Lanka.

The New Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act have fetched more than Rs. 3 lakh crores of NPA dues in the past 2 years, which have come to the bank. Further, the RBI has said that the ratio of NPA or bad loans has come down from 11.5% in March 2018 to 10.8% in September and to 10.3% in March 2019. The Finance Minister Arun Jaitely has said that his government has the best track-record than any other previous government in managing fiscal deficit. He further said that his government does not need the RBI reserves to manage fiscal deficit.

Recently, India has become the 6th largest economy in the world pushing France to 7th position according to the figures released by the World Bank recently. India is likely to surpass the United Kingdom in the World’s Largest Economy rankings in 2019, according to a report by Global Economy Watch Report of PwC. As per this report, the projected GDP growth of 1.6% for the U.K., 1.7% for France, and 7.6% for India!! The report further says that India’s projected GDP is likely to grow at 7.5% in 2019 and 7.7% in 2020. ”India and France are likely to surpass the UK in the World’s largest economy rankings in 2019, knocking it from 5th to 7th place in the global table”, according to the report.

India is likely to overtake Japan and Germany to become the third largest economy in the next 10 years but needs to be consistent in reforms and focus more on the social sector, British Brokerage HSBC has said. India’s GDP amounted to $2.597 trillion at the end of the last year as against $2.582 trillion for France. According to the IMF, India is projected to generate growth of 7.4 percent this year and 7.8 percent in 2019. This compares to the world’s expected average growth of 3.9 percent. Its estimates show India will be a $7 trillion economy in 2028, as compared to less than $6 trillion and $5 trillion for Germany and Japan, respectively. Presently, India’s GDP is around $2.3 trillion (fiscal 2016-17). It stands at the fifth spot in global rankings.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday received the Champions of the Earth award from UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres in Delhi. (BusinessToday. October 3, 2018).

"In PM Narendra Modi, we have a leader who realizes the issue of climate change and understands the benefits of climate action. He knows the problems and also works to solve them," Guterres added.

The Award was for PM Modi's extensive efforts to 'Beat Plastic Pollution'- including an ambitious pledge to eliminate all single-use plastic in the country by 2022, the UN Environment said.

PM Modi was also recognized for his International Solar Alliance initiative, a global partnership that aims to scale up solar energy in 'solar-resource-rich countries' and reduce humanity's dependence on fossil fuels. Guterres also hailed India in his speech. "I thank India for setting an example and was pleased to present Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the Champions of the Earth Award," the UN chief said.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been conferred the prestigious Seoul Peace Prize for 2018 for his invaluable contribution to the growth of the Indian and global economies. It further says that Modi “reduced social and economic disparity between the rich and the poor in the country”.

Philip Kotler added that PM Modi's efforts in India have resulted in "extraordinary economic, social and technological advances.” His winning the first Philip Kotler Presidential award raises the bar for future recipients," the marketing guru said.

Rahul Gandhi earlier mocked PM Modi saying he wanted to "congratulate" him on winning the "world famous" Philip Kotler Presidential award. "In fact it's so famous it has no jury, has never been given out before," he had said.

In a sharp retort to Rahul Gandhi's jibe Union minister Smriti Irani, said that unlike Prime Minister Modi, who was awarded by someone else, members of the Gandhi family gave India's top honour to themselves.

Wholesale and retail inflation eased further in December on the back of cooling food and fuel prices, raising the prospects of a reversal of policy stance at the next central bank meeting, or even that of rate cut to stimulate growth. India’s headline inflation rate based on the consumer price index (combined) eased to an 18-month low of 2.05% in January 2019, down from 2.33% in November and 12% in December 2012, according to official data released.

Demographics and macro stability were pointed out as key strengths for the country by the brokerage.

The brokerage said the growth rate, which will be lower in FY18 as compared to the year-ago’s 7.1% due to the introduction of Goods and Services Tax (GST), will recover from next year in a sustainable fashion.

The Indian story will be different from the export-oriented one of China’s, it said, pointing out that domestic consumption with over 550 million consumers will be the standout factor.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana or Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Aarogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY), nicknamed Modicare, is a health care program, which provides cashless health care service up to Rs. 5 lakh per family per year for primary and tertiary hospitalization care to 10 crore poor and vulnerable families (approximately 50 crore people or 40% of India’s population). No age limit of number of members in a family. Presently it is running as a pilot project in Uttar Pradesh from 4 September 2018.

This is the largest government funded health care program in the entire world.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana will be launched on 25 September 2018. Beneficiaries will receive Ayushman Bharat Family Health Cards. The key stakeholders in the scheme besides the consumers or beneficiaries are the Healthcare Providers, state governments and Insurance companies without whose support and involvement the execution of this scheme cannot happen.

Ayushman Bharat Scheme Package List

1,350 packages under 23 medical specialties will be provided under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. 253 packages offered under general surgery, while 161 packages are offered under Urology. The Package cost includes Room and bed charges, nursing care, procedure cost and physician fee, consultation and diagnostics pre-hospitalization, two-week medicine, and stitch removal and follow-up consultancy for two weeks after discharge. Under this scheme, as many as 6.85 lakhs poor patients have been provided free hospital treatment in the first 100 days of the launch of the program. It is also reported that on an average 5000 claims are being settled every day since its roll out since September 23, 2018. Once awareness of the scheme increases, it is expected, that in the next year almost 1 crore plus families will benefit each year.

At present 16,000 hospitals are covered both under government and private hospitals and this number is growing day by day. More than 50% of the implementing hospitals are in the private sector.

This medical facility is available anywhere in India.

The Supreme Court ON Rafael Deal

The Supreme Court Friday gave the Narendra Modi government a clean chit on the procurement of 36 Rafale fighter jets + from France and dismissed all the petitions seeking a direction to the CBI to register an FIR for alleged irregularities in the deal.
Here is a look at what the court said-

* There is no occasion to doubt the decision-making process in the deal.
* There is a necessity to induct fourth and fifth generation fighter aircraft and the country cannot remain without these jets.

* Not the court's job to deal with the comparative details of the pricing when the need and quality of aircraft is not in doubt.

* No substantial matter to interfere with the issue of procurement, pricing and offset partner.

* No material to show that the deal is commercial favouritism.

* No wrongdoing in the selection of Indian offset partners by Dassault Aviation.

* Questions raised on Rafale deal only after ex-French President François Hollande came out with a statement, which can't be the basis of judicial review.

* The decision to procure 36 or 126 fighter jets lies with the government can't compel the government.

The following projects were initiated under the Modi Government:

1. BOGIBEEEL RAIL ROAD BRIDGE: Largest rail and Road Bridge in Assam in India. Started in 2002, no progress till 2015!!! Completed on a fast track by Modi government and inaugurated by the PM Modi in Dec. 2018.
2. Solapur -Tuljapur-Osmanabad Highway in Maharashtra. Started in 2014 and completed on Jan 9, 2019.
3. Varanasi Multi-Modal Port for Inland Waterway Project: Started in August 2016, and completed on Nov 12, 2018.
4. Western Peripheral Expressway: Started in 2006, by Haryana Government but languished till 2016.Modi government completed it in Nov 18, in a matter of 2 years!!
5. Western Peripheral Expressway: Foundation laid in Nov. 2015, and completed in Nov 2018.
6. Bhawan-Bhairon Passenger Ropeway Inaugurated For Vaishno Devi Pilgrims: This Rs. 85-crore Bhawan-Bhairon passenger ropeway, aimed to make travel easier for Vaisno Devi pilgrims.
7. New Airport in Sikkim: The first airport in Sikkim was launched in 2008. But no work till 2014 due to protest by villagers. However, under Modi dispute resolved and the new Airport, just 60 km to China, was completed in Sept. 2018.
8. In 1972, the 13.1 km Kollam bypass project was initiated. Foundation stone was laid in 1972. Only 4.5 km completed till 2015. Under Modi government balance 8.6 kms completed and inaugurated in Jan 2019.

Governor Malik, who is also the chairman of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, dedicated the high-tech project to pilgrims visiting the famous hill shrine, at a function in Raj Bhavan in Jammu on Monday, an official spokesman said.

He said the ropeway will reduce travel time between Bhawan and Bhairon Temple (one-way journey) from one hour to just about three minutes.

The board has decided to keep the ticket price low, with the to-and-fro journey costing Rs. 100 per passenger, the spokesman said.

Speaking on the safety aspect of the project, Governor Malik said rescue and relief preparations should be of international standards.

The ropeway has a carrying capacity of 800 persons per hour. The Electro-Mechanical Components and cabins of the ropeway have been imported from Switzerland. The system has been fully equipped with all safety gear as per relevant standards and codes, the spokesman said. "The passenger ropeway is a bi-cable jig-back system with two fully enclosed spacious cabins. It can carry 40 to 45 persons in each compartment in one go. Proper provision for ventilation has also been made," he said.

The project has been executed by a consortium of Messrs Garaventa AG, Switzerland and Messrs Damodar Ropeways Construction Company (Private) Limited, Kolkata under the overall supervision of Messrs RITES Limited.

"With the completion of this ambitious project, devotees, particularly the elderly and specially-abled, would be able to fulfill their wish of paying obeisance at the Bhairon Temple which was earlier difficult due to the steep climb to an altitude of 6,600 feet," he said.The board has also made a ticketing hall, automated fare collection counters, turnstile barrier gates, stairs and a ramp leading to the ropeway station and other facilities for the pilgrims, he added.

Additional life insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakh for the ropeway passengers, which will be over and above the insurance cover of Rs. 5 lakh available to track pilgrims, has also been approved by the board, the spokesman said.

The horizontal distance of the passenger ropeway is 375 metre, vertical rise is 236 metre and the slope length is 443 meter. It has a complete power back up system at the drive station, the spokesman added.

10. Kishanganga Dam Project in Kashmir: 330 Mw Hydroelectric power plant. Started in 2007, but was halted due to Pakistan going to Hague. Re-started under Modi’s government in 2014 and was completed on May 19, 2018.

11. Jharsguda Airport in: Joint venture of State Govt., and AAI. Started in July 2013, and completed in Sept. 2018.

12. Bansagar Canal Project, Mirzapur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated 171 km long Bansagar canal project in Mirzapur district of Uttar Pradesh. Bansagar Dam project is a joint venture (JV) between Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar Governments.

Modi said that the Bansagar project had been first conceptualized about four decades ago, and the Foundation Stone was laid in 1978, but the project was unduly delayed. He said that after 2014, this project was made a part of the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana, and all efforts were made to complete it.

The Bansagar canal project would help at least 1.70 lakh farmers of both Mirzapur and Allahabad with the irrigation sector receiving a huge boost. A joint venture of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar, the canal is 171 km long.

"The Rs 3,500 crore Bansagar project will not only just provide irrigation in Mirzapur but also 1.5 lakh hectares of this whole area including Allahabad," Modi said while addressing a gathering here.

In 1972, the 13.1 km Kollam bypass project was initiated. In 1975 applied for permission. In 1978 permission received. In 1993, 3 km stretch was completed. In 1999, 1.5 kms stretch completed. In 2014, Central Government under Modi joins this project. In 2015, construction begins. In 2018, 8.6 kms completed. IN Jan 2019, the Kollam bypass project inaugurated.

Time taken by the Kerala Government is 43 years and the road built under the Kerala Government is 4.5 kms only. Under Modi government, the project took 4 years to compete and the road covered was 8.6 kms.

Now tell me Sir, has not Modi has achieved in just 55 months what Congress could not achieve? It is because of this Congress and other opposition parties are afraid of BJP! Modi is a performer. The opposition parties are not able to take him alone. That is why they have come together!

As Rajanikanth, the Tamil Film actor said, “if 10 political parties come together to fight a single party - BJP - then, who is stronger?”

Because, as Modi himself said in Surat, he has not allowed them to eat public money.
