New Delhi: Today is 13th day of lockdown phase 2. The lockdown period will end on May 3 but the corona virus cases have not yet declined in some states, in view of which the lockdown may remain in some cities or regions of these states after May 3, including Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

The number of deaths due to Covid-19 in the country has increased to 824 while the number of patients infected with Corona virus has crossed 27 thousand. According to the Union Health Ministry, 19868 patients of Covid-19 are still under treatment, while 5803 people have been cured and have been discharged from hospitals.

-Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with the Chief Ministers of all the states of the country at 10 am on Monday. According to the information, PM Modi will hold discussions with the Chief Ministers regarding following the guidelines issued by the Home Ministry, including the current situation in the country, extending the lockdown period for the third time. Before this lockdown PM Modi has interacted with the CM of the states through video conferencing.

In Gujarat, Corona has killed 151 people so far, 104 of them died in Ahmedabad. 18 people died here in 24 hours. They are all from Ahmedabad.
