How can I improve myself in 

  1. Wake up early in the morning as early as you will be able to watch the sunrise. Start your day in sync with nature and own it.
  2. Have a healthy and fulfilling breakfast, cut down your daily sugar intake. Eat for nourishment of your body not just for pleasure.
  3. Don’t procrastinate. Do the most important and toughest task of your day first, do it whatever it takes and it will spontaneously motivate you to complete the less important tasks of the day.
  4. Get over your phone addiction. Don’t spend too much time on your phone otherwise at the end of the day you will be lethargic and unhappy. Be alive, go outside, enjoy the nature, feel its wind, see its beautiful flowers and what not.
  5. Surround yourself with positive people, people who motivates you through their words and deeds, people who never puts you down. Forget the existence of negative people around you.
  6. Be a little more confident, a little more greedy and a little more ambitious towards your goal each day.
  7. Don't give a damn about what people are saying in your back because no matter what you do, someone will always be unhappy. Recognise the true voices that actually matters.
  8. Take calculated and educated risks in things you love to do to reach that extra mile. Don't live in people's benchmark. Create your own strategy and create your own path.
  9. Don't just sit, do anything like anything. Read, write, play, paint, sing etc. Keep yourself engaged in things that will make you a better person than before and will push you each day towards your goal.
  10. Keep faith in God. The world runs over the wheels of faith so believe him and your elder's blessings, it will help you to remain calm and take appropriate decisions in difficult times.
