India had nuclear weapons for decades. Due to the tension between India and Pakistan, it is being watched by the world, but the situation has never been so serious. However, border conflicts between the two countries continue. A large number of military personnel and common people have died in ceasefire violations.
Israel: 90
Israel has never accepted that it has nuclear weapons. However, the international community is confident that the reality is something else. Israel is believed to have designed weapons keeping in mind the earlier wars. 
The first program was held in 1986, which was revealed by Mordechai Vanunu, a former technician at the Simeon Paras Nazev Nuclear Research Center. He was later sent to prison for 18 years.
