Lock down is going on around the world due to the health crisis, but the worm for teachers of India to go abroad is starting to fade. That is why Haryana school masters and JBT teachers have applied for travel abroad in the next two months. Teachers know that the disease is widespread and the lock down is going on.
Despite this, they have made these applications. Taking cognizance of this, the State Government has banned foreign visits of officers and employees for two months. Instructions have been issued in all the districts citing lock down that the request of employees seeking permission for travel should not be forwarded to headquarters.
Employees of the education department are the highest among those seeking permission to go abroad. From school heads to post graduate teachers, TGT and JBT teachers have sought NOC from the Directorate of Education for going abroad. However, they know that international flights have been stopped.
Due to the havoc of health crisis in the world, it is not allowed to go abroad. Director of Basic Education Pradeep Kumar has rejected all applications, but no one understands the application of teachers.
Instructions not to accept the application
All DEO, DEO, BYO, BEEO, school chief have been instructed not to send any new case for permission to go abroad due to the closure of all flights in lock down. All education officers and foreign branch of the directorate have been instructed not to accept any such case.
It is necessary to take NOC before going abroad
Let us know that government employees and officers have to take a no-objection certificate from the headquarters before going abroad. Only after getting NOC can they go abroad for outing or other work. For NOC, an application has to be made with the current boss, after which the file reaches the director through various stages.
