That is the HAL Light Combat Helicopter (HAL LCH) which started development in 2006. In 2010, about 4 years later it took it’s first flight. By 2017 it was officially introduced into the Indian military.

It’s armed with a 20mm M621 cannon. It can carry 70mm rockets, four anti-air Mistral missiles, or eight ATGM missiles, along with cluster bombs, unguided bombs, and grenade launchers.
