It destroys stationery and moving targets with higher accuracy and meteor missile is the most powerful weapon for air to air combat.Even if the Indian air force has 36 rafales it would be a game changer. When fully armed with meteor these 36 rafales can destroy hundreds of fighter aircrafts in the first few days of combat that too from a distance of 150 to 200 kilometers.

The most advanced aircraft China has is the Sukhoi 35s. But the size of Sukhoi 35s is bigger than rafale hence it can be an easier target as compared to rafale. Secondly rafale carriers more payload even after being smaller than Sukhoi 35. China has no aircraft better than sukhoi 35.

If you think J20 stealth is better than rafale than you are making a big mistake. Rafale has a 360 degree infra red array detecter which can detect stealth aircrafts like J20 or F35 at a distance of more than 50 kilometers. Also it has better radar jamming capabilities. J20 is detectable under circumstances and has limitations. Like F35 took 10 years to improve and become the best likewise J20 needs more 20 years of development.

That’s why China will be more far more scared of rafale and the Chinese Air Force will be scared to fly even very near to the Indian Border.
