That won't happen because of three reasons. 1) Saudi Arabia 2) America 3) Israel
We need to understand the geo politics of middle East to understand the answer.
Iran ( Shia Muslims ) and Saudi Arabia (Sunni Muslims) rivilary intensified since 1979 for domination in middle East and they turned out to be bitter rivals. I will not get in to the details of why they hate each others etc but by sticking to the topic, any weapon sale to Iran will impact the balance of our relationship with Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE etc. So, we are not selling those weapons.
America
It is a well know fact about the enimity between Iran and America since 1979. We are using American GE F404 engine in our Tejas and USA will never allow the sale to Iran
Israel
USA, Saudi Egypt and Israel are on one side against Iran. Russia, Iraq, China, Syria. We are using Israeli ELTA EL/M 5053 radar on our Tejas and Israel will never allow their technology to end up with Iran.
RUSSIA
They are ready to sell S400, SU30 fighter plane etc. So, Iran can purchase these fighters from Russia. Even if they manage to sell Brahmos, since it is a shared venture, we will get our profits with out ruining our relationship with others.
