India currently is making an aircraft carrier and it will get commissioned next year

Russia on other hand , has a long expertise in making aircraft carriers, most of which have been either leased to nations like China and India, or simply turned to scrap. Currently they have one aircraft carrier.

So in other words, India has just begin entering this domain which Russia was in for a very long time.

I presume that with if Russia actually needs an aircraft carrier,they could do it completely on their own. However I won’t be surprised if somewhere in future, India and Russia joins hands in making one aircraft carrier. Fingers crossed.
