The complete knowledge about the countries top arsenal with a single person, well that strictly is never going to happen. But as far as the last so many times our country was close to raising and aiming our canons at the ever miscreant enemy( you know who I am talking about), some information was available through various defence experts on various media and it was that the countries nuclear arsenal are scattered through various locations , just so that it helps in two aspects

1. To keep the nuclear capabilities of India a well guarded secret.

2. To maintain the capability of second strike ( as India has ‘ no first use' policy) .

Nuclear-armed fighter-bombers were India's first and only nuclear-capable strike force until 2003, when the country's first land-based nuclear ballistic missiles were stationed.The purpose of having a three-branched nuclear capability is to significantly increase the possibility of India's nuclear deterrence and that an enemy could not destroy all of India's nuclear forces in a first attack.

and lately now the sea based nuclear capability of the country
